Feasibility analysis of the ice-storage air conditioning for Xizhimen Traffic Center

Argues that adopting ice-storage air conditioning of large temperature difference water supply and low temperature air supply is practicable in the project through a comprehensive economical and technical analysis, and that it can reduce initial investment and operation electric cost.
